Experienced Loss Prevention professional - to protect all retail assets, minimise shrinkage & detect & apprehend offenders at within the retail space.

Our client are part of a global business currently operating in 20 countries spanning four continents. They are recognised as a world leader in their area and have a proud history of more than 80 years.

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Loss Prevention Manager to join their dynamic team. Working closely with the State General Manager, and offsite to the National Loss Prevention Manager - the Loss Prevention Manager will influence Store Managers to implement loss prevention strategies to minimise shrinkage and asset loss. You will be supported and directly responsible for a team of 5 staff members including Cash Office, Stock Audit team, and regional I.T; Supervisor experience is necessary.

You're the person we've been looking for if:

* You're an experienced Loss Prevention Office/Manager currently working in a large fast paced retail environment
* You're an experienced in the development of Loss Prevention strategy with the ability to influence implementation across the business
* You have a broad investigative background and a Class 1 A/B Security Licence
* You have sound knowledge of overt and covert Loss Prevention practices and the ability to analyse and prioritise Loss Prevention matters
* You are able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times to external contacts and organisations
* You have outstanding time management skills with a realistic approach to goal setting and the ability to manage constantly shifting priorities
* You are a natural leader with a Strong Presence and ability to make things happen
