Your new Employer is a major international supplier of electro-mechanical equipment to the dental industry. Significant growth has created a role for a trainee in the Sydney office.

In your new role, you will work with senior technicians in the installation and maintenance of dentist surgery equipment. After a period of 3-6 months it is expected that you will be able to carry out the work alone and develop more skills on the more complex items of equipment.

You will be a qualified electronic technician (trade or certificate) or recent school leaver with 1-2 years work experience in a technical environment and have a real interest and aptitude with repairing electronic equipment. It is expected that, if you are not qualified, you will attend TAFE part time and complete a Diploma in Electronics over the next few years, the cost of which will be paid for by the employer after you complete each stage. You will need to have and maintain a current driver's licence as it will be a requisite to carry out the role. The ability to obtain a connect/reconnect licence would be an advantage.
