Walking through an average week you will be involved in:

• Liaising with customers to professionally interpret the correct part they need for their vehicle
• Selling the required part/s and cross-selling other products available
• Parts ordering and receipting
• Stock control, stock projections and monitoring of inventory
• Liaising with sales and other internal departments within the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organising the Parts Store to ensure maximum efficiency and speed of delivery to the customer
• Provide first rate customer service to internal and external customers
• Professionally handling any customer issues

What you will need to be successful:

• Business acumen
• Ability to effectively communicate at all level
• Sales focus
• Customer first attitude
• Experience in a retail motor vehicle or similar dealership
