Connect with decision makers in the SME market, (typically less than 500 user companies) across Australia and New Zealand. The role is part of the cloud department and offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) In this fast paced role your will be responsible for: • Call into prospective customer database for the purpose of generating new business as well as up-selling and generating leads for SME Sales Teams. • Connecting with existing customers and gathering "account intelligence" around the customer's current security situation which will then be relayed by the ESDE to the customer's account manager. • Develop an understanding of the systems and processes used by the SME sales team. • Maintain and develop the customer and prospect database. • Attend training to develop relevant technical and sales knowledge and skills.
