Within the growing Seed Care division, there is now an opportunity for a Sales Manager Seed Care, to service rural Southern NSW and Victoria. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager Seed Care, the team are market leaders in sales, managing accounts and supporting industry. You will have a strong ability to solve problems, focus on customers and continue to learn. Your well-developed communication skills will assist you soon launch exciting new products into the broadacre markets. As an expert resource in seed treatment application and technology, you will be keen to take on the responsibilities, which include: - Influencing and building business relationships
- Key Account Management
- “Championing” products within your region
- Project management
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Providing technical support and achieving sales targets
To be successful in this autonomous role you will ideally possess: - Minimum of 5 years in field agronomy experience
- Bachelor degree in agriculture or similar
- Persuasive selling skills
- Technical agricultural competency
- Seed trade or seed service industry experience
There will be a requirement for extensive travel throughout the territory as required.
