They offer a wide range of products and services into many markets including agriculture, nutrition, safety and apparel. Within the Crop Protection business they provide insecticide, fungicide and herbicide solutions for grain / specialty crop sectors and forestry /vegetation management. Due to an internal promotion, there is now a requirement for a National Sales Manager – Crop Protection to manage the Australian business. The primary function is to direct all aspects of sales to maximize share and penetration of strategic markets, and contribution to earnings and cash in line with strategic plans. As a member of the country leadership team, you will enjoy being responsible for: - Leading the organization, challenging, coaching, motivating and developing the team and individuals
- Determining overall sales strategies and policies necessary to achieve goals
- Achieving budgets in sales, expenses, earnings and pricing
To be successful in this role you will have: - Experience in the crop protection industry
- Broad understanding of Australian agricultural markets
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven track record in senior sales and sales / key account management
- Inspiring leadership, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability
- Experience with product launches
