In your new role you will identify and capture new profitable business in Australia and New Zealand in what will be a very rewarding position. You will be based in Sydney as you work with the owners of the business to set a sales strategy and then effectively execute it. You ll also manage and build a small team of sales representatives, a team which you will lead by example.
You are an elite new business developer with outstanding influencing skills. You love working from the top level down in both newly identified and known customer bases, as you uncover the problems your customers are experiencing. You have effectively put compelling solutions to problems before your customers. Your experience includes selling long sales cycle services or products but you enjoy the thrill of finally closing and then seeing the fruits of your efforts come rolling in. You have a minimum of 5 years successfully selling a capability or capital equipment or 3PL services, to large clients, ideally with a technology orientation.
Remuneration opportunities are outstanding and include an impressive base salary, car or car allowance, superannuation, and a performance-based incentive for new business delivered. Future equity options are also a possibility.
