This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a leading Australian service organisation to work closely with established clients in banking, retail and the valuable goods market. Based in the inner Western suburbs, this leadership role will report to, and work closely with, the General Manager of Business Development to deliver growth in their key strategic banking & retail accounts, identifying opportunities for end-to-end cash management and self service technology solutions. You will lead, mentor and develop the sales & products team??"s capability to deliver solutions, strategically positioning the company with those major accounts to build robust and strong business partnerships with all key influencers and decision makers. You will be responsible for delivering sales and margin growth as well as developing offensive/defensive client retention strategies and lead and coordinate tender/RFI??"s responses. Exceptional leadership qualities with proven experience in leading and developing a team as well as demonstrated success in solution sales is essential for this newly created role. Understanding technology in banking and retail sector will be a distinct advantage as well as being able to develop long term customer strategies.
