Our client has an international presence and is a destination retailer looking for leaders who can take their business forward. With a strong focus on staff training and development, as well as providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. They are well known for enhancing team member performance and potential, with a strong succession plan in place.
As a Team Leader you will need to be a diehard retailer with a proven track record for achieving KPI's. With full responsibility for the stores performance you will need to have analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is required. You will need to mentor and develop your team in all aspects of store culture, customer service, merchandising, stock control, leadership, sales and OH&S.
Whilst retail experience is preferred, this role would suit someone from a hospitality or customer service background who has led large teams and who understands volume sales. An energetic, positive and friendly approach will see you secure this great role and thrive in retail.
