Whilst retail experience is preferred, this role would suit someone from a hospitality or customer service background who has lead large teams and who understands volume sales.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with previous store/department management experience. An energetic, positive and friendly approach will see you secure this great role and thrive in retail.
