We have current opportunities in Randwick, Rockdale, Kirrawee, North Penrith, Caringbah, Ashfield, Mascot, Chatswood, Norwest, Dural, Belrose, Minchinbury, Bonnyrigg, Belrose and Thornleigh with fresh roles coming through regularly.

 

The Role:
As a Department Manager, you will be involved in Profit & Loss, managing staff to KPI's, stock management, ordering, shrinkage, liaising with sales reps, but what will inspire you is that is also a hands on role. You will have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and merchandise bulk displays and promote your area to drive sales. 

 

You:
Your history will highlight your communication, motivation and leadership skills, together with a track record of success. Ideally, you will have managed at least 15 people in either a specialty store or department store environment.

 

You will be rewarded with a salary in the vicinity of $55-65k depending on experience, and as our client offers and encourages succession planning throughout their business, if you show promise an exceptional future career in retail awaits.
