This luxury retailer is known for its design and their head turning showroom experiences. They have a unique superior offering that is ahead of its competitors in the market place. Customers are of cult status and the products are considered to be a must have item.
Reporting to and working closely with the Manager you will be responsible for your own budgets and have the autonomy to run your client base as if it is your own.
You will be inspirational and it will be your infectious demonstrations, your ability to transfer your passion and knowledge of the product across to your customers and then your ability to ask for the sale that will give you an edge when building strong relationships and closing sales.
A positive, mature approach to grow your client base either by referrals, reasons for calling and cross marketing activities for your showroom are everyday activities. There is a heavy emphasis on brand and your style, energy and passion will need to reflect this in all situations.
This opportunity offers a generous base dependent on experience + superannuation plus a commission structure which realistically could add an additional $12,000+ on achievement of sales! You must have had experience in luxury retail sales whether it is in jewellery, timepieces or big ticket items where quality is uncompromised.
