This beautiful large multi - faceted store requires the experience of a retail merchant who understands all aspects of running a big box store. We are seeking someone who has operated in a medium to large retail business and has managed a team of around 20 staff and has strong VM disciplines. You will have an entrepreneurial style and be a natural people leader. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine their passion for retail and people management with their love of the outdoors and quality lifestyle products.
