It is your time to shine - this is a newly created role in Victoria and will allow an experienced Multi Site Manager to mentor 50 sites and 2 Area Mgrs. Do you have what it takes?

Multi-site retail experience in the fashion industry
Business acumen with the ability to implement company strategy
Strong Sales & Customer Service orientation
Proven ability to lead and develop Senior Retail Managers
Experience in visual merchandising with a focus on sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Total business approach with the ability to balance conflicting priorities.
Tertiary qualifications in business management although not essential will be well regarded
