Reporting to the National Retail Manager, an incredible opportunity exists for a skilled, enthusiastic and dedicated State Manager in NSW to lead, motivate & drive a number of stores across NSW through Area Managers. Identify and deliver profitable outcomes for all stores within your area through your targeted focus on customer service, people development and achieving results.

Contributions include;

Contribute actively to business strategic direction
Contribute positively & energetically to group meetings & company events
Provides an example for others to follow
Trains & develops future managers for future positions of leadership
Participates in projects to improve the operation of the company
A positive can-do attitude
Coachable in all aspects, flexible and proactive in style

Qualifications
A proven track record in Regional, with at least 3 years experience in a multi-site capacity
Experience within a fast-paced work environment is necessary, preferably in fashion/accessories/homewares
A positive, 'can-do' attitude, an inspirational leader and strong communicator
