They have an award-winning Bakery Café & Retail shop set within a classic industrial warehouse next to their wholesale Bakery. A destination within its own right, the Bakery Café & Retail Shop is open seven days a week.

The function of the Cafe is not merely as a cafe, but it is also a vehicle to promote and showcase the excellence of their breads and other bakery items.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Commercial / Business Manager - Retail to join our client's award winning bakery retail coffee shop.

Reporting directly to senior management, this role will be focusing on managing from the front, involving yourself in all aspects of the cafe retail business from product supply ordering, wage control and staff management, ensuring that all food is to the highest standards, you will also know how to keep your staff motivated and well trained in all area's of the business.

To be successful in this role you will have a solid business management background, ideally from the food, wine or related industries.

You will bring new ideas to the role about running this operation from a business sense. You will help to drive the growth of the company. This busy and challenging position requires the enthusiasm and passion of an experienced food retail manager with a passion for good food & service.
