As a Retail Leader....

Skills? You have a background with a volume retailer in fashion, lifestyle, home, or general merchandise OR you are a manager in hospitality and are passionate about a new challenge (a true leader can adapt!). You're experience has been leading a teams of about 20 to 50 staff and your are able to demonstrate the ability to drive a retail business.

Responsible for all aspects of your own business unit; deliver exceptional customer service (cause it does matter), drive top line sales, lead and empower your team, maintain exceptional visual merchandise guidelines, ensure operational compliance, inventory control, and cost analysis.
