Your role will see you involved in product and sales training, leading, coaching and developing teams to reach the stores KPI's, merchandising, ordering of stock and the recruitment, performance management and rostering of your team all the while ensuring your store provides the best experience for each customer. It's all about hard work.

It will be your hard working management style, creative edge and ability to inspire your team with your ideas that will enable you to be successful.

What we're looking for are applicants that live across Sydney, have a minimum of 3 years management experience in a high volume, fast paced environment - managing big teams, turnovers and stock. Ideally you will come from supermarkets, fast food or big box retail industries and will have experience in leading and inspiring your people. A proven background in recruiting, coaching and performance managing large teams is essential. And lastly you will love hard work!
