Skilled Migration- points system

- Must be under 45 years old, have a sufficient ability in the English language, have post secondary qualifications and their nominated occupation must be on the skills occupation list

Employer Nominations Scheme

- For this Visa, particulars include an Australian employer, a highly skilled employee and an eligible occupation.
- Visa is for highly skilled workers from overseas or temporary workers in Australia for permanent work in Australia with an offer by an employer.
- Employees can work, live and study in Australia permanently
- Eligible position must be full time, permanent, meet award requirements and meet minimum salary.
