This wonderful Boutique Financial Planning Practice located in Inner Eastern Suburbs seeks an experienced Client Services Manager to Lead, Develop and Mentor a team of 3x CSO staff.... Specialising in Corporate Superannuation (70%) and in the holisitc Financial Planning of individuals (30%), you will be across both aspects in terms of Client Support. The Role: - Co-ordinate the Client Services team in terms of workflows and workload
- Participate in the recruitment, training and development of the Client Services team
- Build rapport and relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle client enquiries and matters pending
- Process new business and insurance underwriting for corporate benefits and financial planning clients
- Back up Reception
The Criteria: - 2 years + team leader role
- 3 years office experience
- Experience with Fund Managers
- Client Service Experience
- Insurance and underwriting knowledge
- Superannuation knowledge
- RG146 qualified
