How do I use Instant Shortlist?

How does it all work?

1. You post a vacancy on-line or by calling CareersMultiList on 1300 666177. By posting a vacancy, either online or by phone, you agree to abide by CareersMultiList’s terms and conditions.
2. Once you have posted a vacancy, we will confirm by email and issue with a username and password so you can view the progress of your vacancy.
3. The vacancy will be listed with throughout the CareersMultiList specialist recruitment network (around 1000 recruitment consultants)
4. Specialist Recruitment Consultants will refer suitable candidates to CareersMultiList from their databases.
5. CareersMultiList will screen candidates against the five most critical selection criteria for the role AND include a candidate report with a score against each criterion.
6. Within 48 hours you will receive a qualified shortlist of 3-4 screened candidates by email
7. You will also be able to monitor job progress online if you wish.
8. To arrange an interview with selected candidates, simply reply by return email or call CareersMultiList.
9. If you wish CareersMultiList to provide further information or carry out reference checking on a candidate, simply ask and we will happily oblige.
10. CareersMultiList will assist you with salary negotiations and final placement of the candidate.
11. You pay a fee only when the candidate has started employment with you.
